The Ayurvedic consultation includes a detailed personal history and Ayurvedic assessment of health including questioning, tongue reading, and nail reading. You will learn your Prakruti (constitution) and Vikruti (current state of imbalance) and how to work with these in your daily life. Includes a detailed and personalized lifestyle plan with nutrition advice, herbal recommendations and spiritual practices.
